just got mine this week also would love to see some drawer pics

Not a thing in the box yet. I will be staying late tomorrow night to move all my tools over. It won't look too full because this is a big step up from my taco cart. And I like to organize tight Evan if I have the room.

What color scheme, model did you get?

This is my little cart I picked up this summer. Should work pretty well for college next year but I already want to upgrade to a larger classic 78 that might be for sale. This is already full and I'm still in high school.

The new box is just a little bigger than. Assuming the height is comparable. But you will get two full length drawers. And the castors are amazing. They literally have a scale stamped in them with a red washer on the spring to correspond to tell you how loaded your box is. The scale ranges from 500 to 2000lbs. I don't know if this is per pair, divided by four or what. But it tracks great.

How bad did the box get crunched? Probably happens more than I think but I've never hear of toolbox accidents. Other than loading and unloading. Did you get a new top for your new box? I had a butcher block top on my last box like yours and went with the stainless this time. It was too hard to keep the wood clean. And it looked a bit rough after a while.

Upgraded my small Snap on top box to a new Homak. I have the truck maxed out, cab and all the other boxes in the truck.

Wow, talk about chock full of quality! Have any shots of the wider drawers handy? Those side drawers are so loaded I can only imagine what the other drawers are like.

One drawer got wrecked no replacement so insurance stepped up. They paid for the box , wood top and new cover

Just picked up another toolbox this weekend. Snap-On KRL1003 with butcher block top, KRL1012 side locker and KRWL5435 overhead cabinet.

John

Is that a hutch for short people?? Lol that's no hutch it's a upper bookshelf that goes on top of a real riser hutch.

My "Office" tool box.

I am "lucky" enough to not have a garage that i can play in....so my Office is my toy room.

For now.

Same here, my main box is in my office, my beaters are in the garage. The good tools stay inside, so they stay pretty!:D

All of these white boxes look great....I just can't imagine keeping them clean from all of the greasy smudges I'd get all over them.

Here's a few pictures of my toolbox (aviation, hence the foam). I didn't get all the drawers though. Matco 4s single bay with Kaizen tool foam for organization. Here's the link if you're interested, there's a few distributors so shop around for the best deal!

http://www.fastcap.com/estore/pc/Kaizen-Foam-p13435.htm

I made the socket rails myself. Bought some HF rails and screwed them to a 1/2" thick oak strip and put a knob on them so I can take the whole rail with me if I need to. Works great as it doesn't tip over and spill sockets everywhere!

Is that so when you are done, you do a visual inspection of your toolbox to make sure nothing is missing?

Yep. It's surprisingly easy to forget a tool somewhere which can be disastrous for airplanes. The contrasting color of the foam makes it easy to see what you're missing.

I heard that some employers oblige you to do so, although not from a founded source. I could see the necessity for it in this case.

I ordered my Master force toolbox on the 4th. Box is currently in Plano Illinois. Hopefully it will be ready for pick up soon.

I ordered the 72" in Blue.

Please report back with a quick review when you get your new MasterForce box set up. I plan to order one in black when they go on sale again.

Here's what I've go so far. I'm currently going through the GM asep program and this is the box and set of tools I've been moving back and forth between my dealer and school. Even though I already had a set of tools I was going to use that mostly consisted of SK my dealer, as part of our agreement, bought all the tools required by the school. Most of them were craftsman but I'm not complaining, they were free tools. As you can see I've got a bit of Mac in there as well now and plan on getting a Mac MB1080 box before I graduate. The Milwaukee is actually really nice and works perfectly for me at the moment. What I'd really like to know is stuff that I should consider getting. so if some of you guys could message me with what kind of things you commonly use and love I'd appreciate it.

40" class single bay, basically a Snap On Classic series box. Top box is a KRA series, think KRA-59? Probably 80s vintage. Top box holds ratchets/extensions/adapters in the very top, screwdrivers, taps, torx and hex bits and keys, hydraulic fittings and caps, spare bolts, and so forth. Bottom box carries the main load of wrenches, sockets, pliers, air tools, electrical, torque wrenches, and so on.

It is full at the moment. Ready to step up when I can. I really want a triple bay with a hutch so I can store my long tools securely and plus I want to mount a big monitor in the hutch for viewing schematics and diagrams- work just gave us all individual laptops.

Not sure what's next , probably a small roll cart. Or continue to stuff this thing.

Is that a 72" master series? KTL maybe? You have a number for the hutch? Looks taller than the normal master series 72" hutches but it could just be my tired eyeballs

Will do. All I know is as of now I have 6 open drawers after transferring stuff over from my old toolbox.

I wish some of the bigger drawers and or deeper drawers on the bottom half only have one slide per side. I'm sure I can get another set if I need it. The drawer feel nice when they have some weight in the drawers. The drawer latch system is nice although I noticed it seems you need to open drawer near the middle.

The depth is a gain from my other toolbox 17 vs 20 7/8

From what I gather if I'm correct I should be able to get the side locker for it? Idk if anyone else can chime in....

I wasn't ready for the size difference. Like this thing is BIG.

Just have a little HF cart. I painted it with some rustoleom Truck bed liner. Came out decent. If I could do it over again, i'd use something else, maybe a different brand truck bed liner. This stuff was expensive, ~$7 a can and I used 7.5 cans
And I didn't even do the drawers yet :lol_hitti
