They're Stor-Loc boxes and they come with the dividers. There's tons, probably 70+lbs in one of my drawers.

I've mentioned them a few times, they're just a smaller company. They really go out of their way to satisfy their customers. Custom drawer layouts, adding a little height or width to a box, custom paint, additional dividers and storage bins. All for no extra charge. Hell, after I bought my first one and changed jobs, I found that the casters they sent with the box wouldn't hold it very well on uneven ground and I wanted to mount a vise as well so I needed it to stay put if I needed it to. I called them and asked how much they would charge me for 4 total lock Albion casters to replace the ones that came with the box. They said absolutely nothing. Their 55 year guarantee isn't just for parts, it is for your satisfaction. If the box doesn't satisfy you, let them know and they will make it right.

Oh yeah, and not to mention the 400lb capacity drawers.

Do you have something you coil it around? Never would have thought of something like that but it looks pretty efficient. How does it hold up to larger/longer wrenches?

This is a good idea, I do something similar with a large spring. This way it's already coiled and holds it's shape. Can't take responsibility for the ideas though. Saw it here.

Here's something I put together for inside the back of my jeep

It started out as a garage sale 15$ jerry can that I bought to use as a gas can. Then I discovered it had just to much rust. So I cut the top off. Wire wheeled as much as the rust as possible. Then sprayed it with rustouleum rusty metal primer and a couple of coats of rustoluem red on the out side and truck bed liner on the in. Bolted a heavy duty hinge and gate lock to it. Top warped a little during the cut. The paint job didn't come out perfect but if I only took a pic of the rusty mess I started with I think it will work well for jumper cables and such. All told I think I spent 40$ with the can the paint and the hardware.

Picked this up from Home Depot a few weeks ago and finally got around to unpacking it. Nothing too special but pretty nice for the price. It was on clearance for $107. Only 50lb drawers but I'm not going to use it as my main box. Just something for my storage unit where I do some work from time to time.

This is an awesome idea. Christmas project for someone on my list for sure. Your red paint just makes it pop. Nice work!

I would say the HF is better, holds more per drawer, thicker metal, etc. I was looking at the HF black tool cart and think this is more comparable to that. Really the main reason I got it is that I had a blue box before, that I sold, and have been kicking myself about it ever since. So I saw this and grabbed it simply because it was blue (and decent). For a more apples to apples comparison I would say it's pretty similar to the lighter weight craftsman. Not the budget ones but the step above.

Yep those are off the SO truck, like pulling teeth getting extras like that thrown in haha. Spend $800 on impact sockets and I'm gonna need organizers for them! Gonna probably get the orange set for my SAE. Green and black for Metric stuff, Orange/Red and Black for SAE. I used to care about matching all my junk and joining the ranks in the extreme green freak show, now I don't really care. Function over form for me, I enjoy using my tools no matter the colour, variety is the spice of life right? I'd rather be "OCD" about my organization than the colours of my ratchet and screw driver handles. Just ignore my electrical drawer it's a gong show right now haha.

Yellow torque wrench is just a 3/8 drive TechAngle, not sure on the number right now. I'll try to remember to post it tomorrow but I'm terribly inconsistent with responding to texts, emails and forum posts, ask my wife haha.

But anyways, the TechAngle is actually Hi-Vis yellow, hope Snap-On continues to produce more tools in this colour. I'm a big fan of it, but maybe I'm the only one haha. My dealer has an MG725 in Hi-Vis yellow that I've been debating pulling the trigger on. I think first I'll buy the matching 1/2 drive TechAngle though.

I'm a third year HD apprentice, former AME for 4 years. Still have quite a bit to round out my arsenal (I don't call it a collection cause that implies they are used for display)

needed a new box. it just got too much(i spannered on push bikes professionally so my tools just for that fill a stack on their own if you actually want to organise them) and now ive been adding to my car tools with a number of nice to have speciality tools as im no longer scared of **** like engines and gearboxes after a number of successes recently so ive outgrown my box - now my OCD is kicking in with that black box not matching.

Got the whole stack on the right for 210 quid from local halfords which is good going for a roller bearinged unit.

added a clock and also now a white board for important info up there on the lid of the black box as well.

Built a wee air tool and driver /charging station over there on the right jsut beyond the tool box above the welder - keeps all my drivers and air tools handy with their respective chargers.
