I run into the problem of having to rearrange my tools to make space for new tools as well. I too use drawer labels to keep track after the last rearrangement and also for when my son is home from college and wants to help out in the shop.
I'm looking at a new bigger box and know that without labels I'll never find what Im looking for.

I see a fair number of boxes with draw labels. Whats the general consensus as to why this is done.

I don't know many wrench turners (pro and non) that can't tell you exactly where something is in their box.

Is this for others help that use your box?

I wondered the same thing for years :wtf:

Has anyone done this? Wrapped or put a theme to your box? Mine is extreme green and trying to make it stand out more, naturally due to work environment can't have pin up women, so I'm trying to find something that sets my box away from the other green box in the shop, any ideas?429c8069e1840a937bf2dec08bc87c18.jpg3b770495bcf3a5239eb1aa7ad8c355a5.jpg

Been thinking about doing the same to my box, search suv roof wraps on Amazon I think one of them would work good. Just haven't bit the bullet on one yet.

Find a good sign maker or a shop that wraps cars that will do your box. One here put the designs on my race car. He can put almost anything you can think of on you box. He advertise's on the local Craig's List for tool box wraps. Some look pretty cool!

I just don't see them working good on a bright color, but I could be wrong.

I'll have to look some more, I've looked at actual wraps but I've not found anything I like or even fits my box

With that color green I'd load it up with vintage Pentastar decals: Super Bee, Daytona, Road Runner, etc.

The Super Bee with the white stripe running vertical would be sweet..

I like it, but I'm not much for mopar...I'd like it to be a type of car design but I haven't found really anything I've liked, I was thinking about just a design of some sort, not really any brand or theme

Rats. He does some cool stuff. Really, it’s just a guy with a good printer. He will print whatever you want in those plates. Thought he would be able to do a triple. Sorry!

No problem, there's a graphics company in another town close by, I might have to see if they can do anything, hopefully pretty cheap

You must've ordered a custom drawer arrangement for the tall drawers I'm assuming.

That's the new standard triple bank Masters Series with the power drawer. They couldn't fit the power tool organizer and power for chargers and stuff in the same drawer like the Epiq so they use the bottom 12" tall drawer for power tools and the next drawer up is powered. Thanks guys!

Yes the tall drawers on the right are power drawer and power tool organizer.the box is configured this way,and is why it's a kmp and not a krl.i chose this layout because I like the power tool drawer and the bigger drawers,I always wanted a triple bank but never liked how they always had a ton of small drawers.

Very nice. Would love to see a tool box tour video of all those drawers.

Signcrafter asked for a toolbox tour a few months back. I have attached a Shop Tour and Toolbox tour video and posted it to my YouTube channel for those interested.

Here is the video tour of my new shop and toolboxes.

I've also attached a few recent pictures of the toolboxes and benches completed with the aluminum cupboard doors and overhead cabinets with LED lights.
