Does this count? It's my portable box for auto work. Since I'm just a DIYer it's customized for the tools I normally need on my cars, although I do need to add a few things (like some ratcheting wrenches). I have to add a plug for the Trusco box by the way. They make the best small toolboxes I've seen.
Great score!Normally here in rural Nebraska tools at sales are higher than you can buy retail. Yesterday I went to one that was not advertised all that well and you could buy tools pennies on the dollar. I got some Norseman Super Premium drill bits for $12 and this Waterloo box for $20. It needs some of the spring clips on the drawer slides, a couple slides repaired and new wheels. I may replace the handles if I can get ones that are similar. It got a good scrubbing after these pictures and looks much better. I am hoping I can contact Waterloo later this week and see if there are any replacement parts. I did not get the keys so new locks would also be nice.
My 68" Epiq got a little bit longer today.. by about 15 feet or so....

I really don't know how the pricing compares to their previous modular offerings. All I can say is that these were very expensive.. even after I got them on "show special".
Are they similar to Lista cabinets, with drawer dividers and such, or just open drawers like a normal toolbox?
Yes they are just like Lista or Vidmar.. the dividers have to be purchased separately, however. Are they similar to Lista cabinets, with drawer dividers and such, or just open drawers like a normal toolbox?

Great score!
I'm watching for that kind of deal on an older USA lower cabinet. I've gotten my 10 year old daughter into old vises and tools and she has acquired a nice little starter set of USA Craftsman hand tools. She definitely needs a place to store them but she insists that she won't put them in a Chinese toolbox! I think I may have turned her into a bit of a USA tool snob.

Question. I have a snap on KRSC43 currently among with a husky 4 drawer roll cart. I'd like to combine all my tools into one box so I was thinking about buying the harbor freight 72" and selling my snap on. Anybody have an opinion on if this is a wise move quality wise. It's my home box but gets used throughout the week. Both my current snap on and husky are full up.
Take a look at the 72" box at Home Depot as well. I like the soft close drawers on this box. Never been a fan of the the drawer latches on the Harbor Freight box. The every day price on the Husky is 999. The Harbor Freight is 1099 but does go on sale quite often at 999. The HF box looks to be better built and heavier duty than the Husky but for home the Husky has the soft close drawers and a power strip as well as a stainless steel top.
LOL, watched this review this morning
This might answer some questions.
The boxes that Duster got are the newest ones. Different than the ones in the video and completely made by Snap-On.
Thank you!! I've got some draw dividers ordered, so I can start organizing soon I hope!!I have several Lista/Vidmars, you will love these cabinets but don’t be surprised if you reorganize several times once you get used to all the layout options you have with these! Schaeller (think I’ve got the right name) makes bins that are very handy for these type cabinets. Congrats and [emoji4] enjoy
I like the 24" depth of that Husky and agree the soft close drawers are nice but I just happened to watch the Real Tool Reviews video this morning comparing it to the HF 72". The HF puts the Husky to shame and in no ways that can be faked or exaggerated by the reviewer for the naysayers. I'm not a HF fan at all but if I was choosing between the two, you get a hell of alot more for your money with the 72" HF. Now the other candidate that should be mentioned is the Homak RS Pro. They are available through NAPA and seem very nice. I'd like to see an in depth review but there is a thread here on GJ with lots of user reviews and pics.Take a look at the 72" box at Home Depot as well. I like the soft close drawers on this box.
