One half of the socket / ratchet drawer

That old SK breaker bar with the green handle takes me back. My dad had the same one, it was very comfortable.

Old filthy mac three teir I picked up recently for a song and I think I will keep. Not fancy but inexpensive and takes up little space. Only problem is I am too short to seen the top 3 drawers. I think it about big enough for me though as it is for home and I don't need to keep everything in it like lights, and blow molded stuff. Already sold the Costco box I used to have and think I will sell the Taco cart I recently bought to use as this box has a little more room.

Yeah, its gradually growing! Not in tech school, been thinking about it though. I currently work in parts at a Honda dealership, but have thought about the switch to the service side of it.

I would say they are around around 250-300 lbs. I think Harbor Freight rates them at 320 or something. I, personally, like mine especially for the cost. Sturdy and pretty well built. Drawers are smooth, but are no Snap On. I don't think the drawers would stand up to the "watch me stand in the drawer" test, but that doesn't bother me. As discussed in other threads here, they are much better built than the newer Craftsman boxes for sure!

I just want to place there my tools and not to stand in the drawer
The reason why i ask is, that the "good" boxes here start about 1000 euro and they don't have the space like the "general us". the box would me cost 425 euro inkl. shipping to my door. i'll give it a try...thanks for the info

They are sold in the UK under the name of US Pro. Only seen themon UK ebay not sure aboutthe rest of europe but the seller might be able to help. As for quality I have the large setup and love it, good solid construction with roller bearing draws. They feel better than most shop sold units, almost feel like SO

Super box and collection. One thing I was curious about is that you mention you have a Solus Pro. As a home user, how did you justfy to yourself the cost of a $3,800 scan tool? (Not to mention costly annual updates).

My Snappy guy gave me a great deal, I keep up a LOT of cars for the family (and boyfriends edit: two daughters and two nieces and their boyfriends...) and, most important, I just wanted to play with my hybrid car and see how the options worked with it (very well by the way). It's the fake carbon fiber model that was available to dealers at last years Vegas show.

The biggest downside is how many "friends" came out of the woodwork when they found out I had one. Solved that with a $50 hookup fee. I used to turn wrenches for a living a long time ago and have kept up with things (and added to the tool collection over the years). One thing I must confess though, there are times that you can't justify something, you just admit that you wanted it. I wanted it.... Annual updates are cheap to maintain something that expensive but I did not opt for the Euro coverage.

Oh, Diesel Crawler, thanks for the compliment on the green box,, I do like the 1023 roller and the color grew on me over time... It is a wall full of green though...
