looks good. I condensed two drawers into one with mostly protocol racks.

I like those style racks as well. They are handy if you need to take a set of wrenches to whatever your working on. Whenever I upgrade to a larger box Id like to put all my wrenches in one drawer. I have 5 drawers of wrenches now.

Wrench drawers are always the hardest.... Here's mine as of now, when work slows down a little I'll be able to organize a little better and get them all in there. Got the most common stuff in there for now. A drawer for metric and drawer for standard... Probably gonna go foam cutout for organization otherwise I'll have 4 wrench drawers to get them all in and organized.

The snap on guy should take his box back and give him some credit towards whatever toolbox the tech wants . That is if the current big toolbox is in good condition . If it is beat to **** with scratches and dents. He wont do that . This is why you should always takecare of your toolbox and tools if you bought them from the snapon truck guy.

Iamrfixit, nice box!
Can you make higher resolution image of your westling 3 row socket holders vs 2 row?

This is a sampling of my humble box. I know it pales in comparison to a lot of boxes we see in here. But...….I love every ounce of iron in that box. I've never forgot laying in a gravel driveway working on a junk car with an old MIT combo wrench set and a couple pairs or cheap ***, finger pinching pliers just to get to work the next day and feed two hungry kids.

I never in my life thought I'd see the day that I could buy decent quality tools that I didn't have an immediate need for. I'm grateful to have gone without because I now can appreciate those blessing I have received. It might not be much to some. But it is to me.

you guys with your organized tool boxes make me sick. I have my tools in drawers, but they aren't neat and organized like that. I might have to dig for a minute to fine the right screwdriver or wrench, but thats what working in the garage is all about...staying away from the wife, so take your time.

Nice box.
Here is my main box

I have the same box only made by the OEM. Waterloo. :)

Question though- Have they changed anything from your box compared to mine on it?

(yes, its an old post, hoping he's still around and it sends a notice to him lol)

They are the best. The ol' "buy once, cry once" sort of thing.

Man, I gotta get some of those organizers.

They work extremely well and no doubt they'll last forever. Not all that expensive considering what they get out of some of the plastic stuff. I have right at $300 total for all the trays. Can save a little if you don't need the sizes printed on. Different size and color options, they are a great solution. Exactly what I had in mind but I didn't know anyone made. Was looking for different storage options and stumbled on a pic somewhere on GJ.

Good organization is important when you have a large investment in your tools. Most everything is snap on or mac so I need to know that they're all back in place before the vehicle leaves with tools hiding on board. It does make finding stuff a lot easier too. I just wish the rest of my life could be as organized as my toolbox!

If you want to stay away from the wife, how about organized tools so the job goes faster, a fridge and a chair that's out of sight? :lol_hitti

Had a struggle figuring out how to do this, hope it works! Don't have any pics with them out of the drawer.

I dig your stainless box, cool SK logo & placement, and your gravel driveway post. I can echo most all of it. GJ was never supposed to be pros only. As I get older I will probably downsize, and am digging staiinless of late... Humble = Happy!!!

Love the stainless. I had two stainless boxes over the years, and I'd line up if snap on came out with one.

That's a great setup and certainly nothing to be ashamed over - sounds like you earned it the best way: with hard work.

Snapon guy hit me up last Friday about somebody canceling their order on a locker. Luckily it was an exact match to my box so he made me an offer. Didn’t plan on adding the left locker for a while, but I’ll take it haha.

That's a lucky break!

Did you ever consider going with a second triple, vs a top box? Are you happy with the space per dollar equation of the top? How's the visibility in the top drawers and hutch area?

I've got a 1033 and 1 locker, plus another single bay top/bottom, and things are getting very tight.

I’m very happy with the setup. I dont like using my box as a work surface really, that’s why I got the top. My bottom is a 7023 and I can see into the top drawers well at 5’ 9”. The lockers cleared up all the bulk storage in the box, which makes room for different things. The rock and roll driver gave me a smoking deal to trade this in on an 84” epic with hitch and two lockers, but I’m not a big fan of hutches.

This box has enough room to last me atleast two more years haha.

Great setup! I agree on all accounts. I love those Cranberry KRLs- they just look awesome.
