Yeah I was suprised when it happened. I don't know if they will warranty it or not. Anyhow, here is an old picture of a few of my ratchets to keep the thread on track. I have around 20 more and just ordered a FN100 and FCF72 today.

If your local driver won't, send an email to snapon direct.
They'll definitely replace it.

Here is my FL936 after today's project. I didn't know I was that strong...

That is a sign of an incomplete job, if you had tighten that fastener as tight as it was when you loosened it the ratchet would of been straight, hence job complete. At least in a perfect world it would work that way.

PTS is Ford's Professional Technician Society. That ratchet was made by Snap On, it's basically an F830.

The head's loose on the 1/2 flex ratchet, BTW.

This is my first really good quality quick release ratchet.
I was never a huge fan of quick release ratchets, but my opinion of them is already softening after using a this one.

the smallest Snap On is actually a 3/8 FM70A but it needs a rebuild.

Here's my meager assortment of ratchets. But honestly, I have no immediate plans to add to the collection. The only one I would like to get at some point is a 1/4" drive round swivel head with soft handle.
