I bought some yesterday but left it in the car and it liquefied, I let it solidify and it seemed alright, I put a coat on just a minute ago and Ill be able to tell more tomorrow but does to any of your knowledge it degrade the quality of the product?

It shouldn't. I've had the same thing happen before and never had a problem. Besides that, when they fill the cans, I would imagine it is in a liquid state then also.

I don't think it affects anything. In the "old school" military, we used that stuff to wax our floors in the barracks. To spread it out, we'd light it off in the can for a couple of seconds, drop the lid on the can to put the flame out, dribble the liquid wax on the floor, and then spread it with the floor buffer.

Definitely not a recommended procedure though. We had a guy that tried to blow the flame out (like a candle). The outcome wasn't good........
