Leveling prior to epoxy

While I was washing my floor (after grinding it last week) I noticed there are two low-spots where water pools. Both are 1/8" to 1/4" in depth. One of these is in the middle of the floor and not a big deal, but the other is directing water right down to the foundation wall. Is there an easy way to patch, fill or level this area? I was thinking of spreading an epoxy patch thinly across the floor in this section. Are there any other options?
