Hey folks. I had a garage built this summer and we're entering the final stages. After the double entry car door and the man-door were installed, it was obvious that the pad is sloped poorly and there are small gaps on the right side of both doors. It's not terrible but I've asked the contractor to fix it.
The contractor said no problem. I'll level out the areas under the doors.
Can this be done without it cracking in no time? What type of preparation would be needed to skim a layer on an already pured and cured pad? would I be better to just live with the gaps? Thanks.
