Lever action vise swivel lock

Does anybody have the lever action swivel lock assembly for a Craftsman 5176 vise? Bolt and lever.

The first pic is my vise, The hole is 1/2 inch diameter.

The second pic is one I lifted from the interweb showing what the part looks like.
