I collect license plates and have several old ones and what not, but what I've been doing lately is collecting from every state and hanging them my garage. I would like to get all fifty ,like display towards the ceiling on my garage around the perimeter I'm talking like plate when you sell cars, pick up at the junkyard, In Mn you buy new plates every seven years or so I've got extra of Minnesota plates ,I currently have Iowa, Nebraska Wisconsin , Missouri , Florida minnesota , Illinois, New Hampshire. age of the plate doesn't matter, would any be intersted in trading? I pay to ship you a minnesota plate and you pay to ship me one of your state that i don't have . I'm not picky if there rusty or dented just wondered if thers any interest

I have about 100 plates, but I plan to do the same as you. Florida will sell you a Sample plate that actaully says "Sampl" on the tag. I think it's only about $10 per plate. Florida has over 100 different specialty plates. Other states probably do the same. You may want to look into it.

I'll look and get back to you.
I may have one on a trailer behind the barn.
Things are pretty tight here, you must turn in the plates to cancel the insurance and premium payment.

Trade you a MD for a Cman 1/2 dr - 5/8 deep, 6 or 12pt is good :)

I have a few Illinois tags and maybe a Georgia and Alabama I might be willing to trade. Illinois are from to 2000's, Georgia is from the mid 90's and Alabama range from early 70's to current. (Mostly RV Tags) I'm looking for a 1955 tag. I really don't care what state its from, it just needs to be a real tag from 1955 and be in pretty decent condition. I Might be convinced to trade for something else though!

Of got a couple of PA plates. I would be interested in trading. Willing to trade other states too. I have a "wall of shame" and would like to decorate with plates.

I got a bunch in recently please pm me what states you need. I will trade plate for plate (if they are the older metal, not the newer aluminum junk). if not look at my trade list. I have a ton of Indiana. I know year doesn't matter but if you have a preference let me know because I have ALOT of Indiana. my favorite plate year is 76

Hit the parking garage at the airport. They have tons of different plates there on cars. I bet you could pull 15-20 states in just an afternoon of work ;)

I think I have an Indiana one laying around here somewhere if you don't have that yet. I don't really want one in return, though. If I don't have it anymore, I'll send you the neighbor's.

I was this >< close to doing just that whan I was on Guam a bunch of years back....But figured with my luck I'd get caught, the company would find out, and I'd get fired.

Have you made this same request on another forum? I promised a guy I would find some Arkansas plates stashed away at the barn. Found a few older ones; know thesre is a stak of newer ones I will swap or send for expenses.

Try a local pick and pull yard; should be lots of different plates on the cars there; I got a lot of plates from wrecking yards when I collected plates. My interest was import plates for some of the cars I had--mostly UK stuff. Now I would be most interested in antique vehicle plates from other states

All the Australian plates have been on vehicles I own except for 971-NOA.

I would be happy to look out for any here for any one that wants them but Aussie plates are not so easy to get like US plates as we are neant to return them when registration expires.
