Lift adapters

Not to impressive, but they do serve a purpose. Lift adapters for a 2009 Toyota Avalon.

Made from 3" square stainless steel tubing with a wall thickness of 1/4". My buddy use a CNC controlled plasma cutter to cut the groove in the top of each adapter where it fits into the frame.

What happens if the tube spreads or crushes? I'd like to see it boxed.

oh yeah, that is a stress-failure waiting to happen. :wtf:

I'd gusset the insides AND box the ends. Having a car move when you're underneath it leads to your own sort of, um, movement... :shocking:
