Hi I have a 3rd garage space being built at my house. But only have 10' in between the walls. Is there a 2 post lift that fits in that small of an area. I want to be ble to walk under it. Height is not a problem. Any lifts you guys recommend?

You can't, the post would have to be basically at the wall and you still need to inset the plate few inches from the edge of the concrete. You maybe able to work on smaller cars like a Miata but you still have to walk under the lift arms when you need to walk to the other end.

with a 6-1/2 foot wide car you only have 21" on each side of the car. Not enough room to work, Can you do an outdoor lift?

Pretty much makes it unusable for parking... Once the doors are open you will have almost no room to get in the car... :(

Is there any way to change the garage width while it is being built?

FWIW the guys at Backyard Buddy said they can narrow the smallest 4 post unit but it is not exactly the most inexpensive solution. Just passing on information I have no vested interest.

If I was to put the lift out side how would it hold up to the weather. I live in Prescott valley az. Our winters get around the teens sometimes and summers about 90s.

You'll be fine with an outdoor lift in Az. I had one in san diego for 6+ years. I had a cover I stuck over the pump. I'd spray paint over any rust every year or 2, but it was always very minor surface rust at the most.
