I am trying to decide on which lift to purchase. I am going to use it for primarily tire rotations, brake jobs & oil changes for my wife's 21 Bronco Sport, for my 05 F150 & an occasional friends SUV's. I am looking at the Katool KT-4H850 4 post lift or the Vevor portable 7,000 lb lift.

If you have the space and want to be able to do more work on your cars or to store a car, buy the 4 post, preferably with 1 or 2 rolling jacks. Looks sort of like a Bendpak copy. No idea on the quality. Like the Bendpak rolling jacks, these jack arms won’t reach the lift points on the rockers of anything more than a small car. You can usually find alternative lift points like a subframe or suspension mounting point.

If you just do occasional smaller jobs, the quick jack copies should work. The arms may not reach factory lift points on some cars. Quick Jack 6000 EXT has longer arms.

I would not get anything by Vevor. If you go that style then just get QuickJack. I have a 4-post Backyard Buddy. You need at least two jack trays or one tray and one air or hydraulic jack to rotate tires. It’s the only way to get all four wheels up at the same time unless you lower the whole vehicle onto four mid-rise jack stands. You could also do a two post. What’s your garage floor concrete depth and how tall is your ceiling?

I would suggest seeing how hard it is to order seals for either one, unless you already have someone to service it for you.

I don't think I've ever heard of Katool. Their website seems to indicate they are a Chinese company with a distribution network in the US.

As far as Vevor, you might want to read some of this: https://www.garagejournal.com/forum/threads/vevor-tools-deaths-lawsuits.547168/

If I recall correctly, 4" concrete should be enough unless you go with a two-post lift.
