Lift locks unequal under load

I'm a little concerned about my Rotary 10k two post lift's cable adjustments. All the videos say to adjust when the locks click out of time, or not simultaneously. Problem is, my lift clicks perfectly in time when unloaded, but with a vehicle on, the clicks are distinctly different, half second or so apart. Anyone else encountered this? If so, how to adjust?

I thought about that but Rotary's video shows doing it unloaded. I don't think it expressly forbids it though.

I know nothing here but making an educated guess. If you balance the two arms empty and the locks unlatch simultaneously then all is good and correct per the manufacture. Now you have a load on the arms and it is not perfectly centered then it is not going to lift evenly as one cable is carrying more load and being a different length will stretch at a different rate. It doesn't sound to me as being anything unusual. Experiment a bit by purposely loading heavy to one side or the other as see if the heavy side locks open later.

Just guessing as well.....
Air could be in the line or cylinder of the "late" side. The air compresses and in doing so doesn't provide the same displacement as the other side. It should be a constant delay in latching under the same load once the load is off the ground until you reach max travel. Has the hydraulic system been opened recently?

Or the one cylinder could have some leakage past the piston seal. If this were the case, I would expect the delay time to increase as the load was lifted higher.
