Getting ready to pour concrete and want to make it a bit thicker for the lift. And I will also need to make sure that no in floor heat tubes are any where near where i will put my two post lift. My plan is a >10k lbs 2 post extra wide lift. I have an open floor plan 33X60. I want the lift in the right rear corner of the space. how far from the wall should I place the right column. Also how far from the back of the shop should I set each column. Thanks guys!

It's up to what you want. I currently have my column base 30" from the wall and I wish I had another 6" so I could more easily fit through it. If it was me I'd put the base of the column three feet from the wall.
I put the column base 13' from the back wall. I like it. Gives me about four or five foot with a Tahoe on the lift. You've got plenty of room so if you ever have a longbed truck I'd go close to 18' from the wall.

How close to the wall is determined by how close you can put bolts to concrete edge. Usually lift specs say no closer than 8 inches to an edge or joint.

Follow the lift manufacture's recommendations for placement, and concrete thickness and strength.
Don't make the concrete thicker in a localized area. You want the bottom surface of the concrete as flat as the top service. This helps minimize shrinking stresses and localized stresses when loaded.
