Hello everyone!

I'm ready to select a lift for my new detached garage with 12.5' ceiling, 6" floor. I'm a hobbyist who in the past has worked without a lift, so I'm excited to finally have space for a lift and HEAT. (It's 0 degrees this morning.)

I'm considering a used 2-post clear floor 7000 lb Rotary that looks very good, and I'm considering new light duty (9000 lb) hobbyist-level lifts with an installed cost under $2,500.

I'm open to recommendations and have not searched this forum for threads, so I'm trying that now.

Paul

Welcome aboard. You will find plenty of info about lifts here. If I were a richer (make that: rich) man, I would get a Mohawk. But, that's just me.
