Thanks for the images. My conclusion is there is no under body or engine cradle points. With such limited points, I don’t see how I can jack this car up, and get stands under it at the same time.

I’m more familiar with GM’s which have lots of options.

If you look at the factory jack, it has a groove in it that fits the raised body panel that runs from behind the front wheel to the back wheel. The seam is slightly thicker just behind the front wheel and just ahead of the rear wheel. There should be small notches which sort of highlight that thickened part. Those are the four jacking points (as shown in the diagram from Milehighrover). If you have a floor jack, you can lift the front of the car with the front cross member or either lower control arm and put jack stands on those points. Rear is easy, put the floor jack under the rear differential and lift. Then place the rear jack stands on the rear jacking points.

Thanks for the quick reply’s. We are going to get it up and supported tonight. First order of business is to extract the rusted/rounded skit plate bolt, then remove the last rusted/rounded valve cover bolt so we can retap in a new spark plug.

Subaru usually has a lift point up front on the front crossmember, normally just behind the oil pan and under the steering rack. Rear I've always lifted using the rear differential. Both obviously for floor jacks.
