Probably.

My experience with Aliexpress is they will take your money, you wait 2 weeks and then you get a message that says vendor cannot ship. I tried to buy a floor jack from 3 different vendors and that happened every time.

I did get my payment refunded, so it was not too bad. Take a shotbut dont expect to win

I've had the same thing happen. Plus chase credit card charged a foreign exchange fee that was not refunded.

AliExpress ripped me off twice, fortunately the amounts were small. Won’t ever buy anything through AliExpress again.
