Liftmaster openers....

Tried the search but cannot come up with a definitive answer. I just installed two roll up doors, one 18' x 8', and the other is 12' x 8'. I want to get a Liftmaster opener or similar to go on the end, but cannot seem to find one that has the correct gearing to go inside the drum mechanism. These are both Janus doors.......any help would be appreciated..

Have you tried contacting liftmaster directly? That is the only place I can think of going for help at this point.

Yeah, didn't get very far, person was not very keen on the product, maybe sold something else at their previous job....LOL. Going to try and track down a company that installs them and see if they know anything.

Janus has several options. There is a Liftmaster they show on their website, but it is not a LM 3800 or 3900 residential unit. It is a Model MH Medium Duty Unit.
