Light circuit loading?

The 4' LED fixtures I am using give a spec of 48 watts 4400 lumens and I will probably do a quantity of 12 -14 of those.

The fixture literature doesn't list amps but I assume that would be 120V /48 watts = 2.5 amps. A 20 amp circuit would power 8 of these (20/2.5 =8)

That is 100% duty cycle stuff. Something tells me I should do about 6 lights per 20 amp breaker.

What is the wisdom or code for loading light circuits?

When I do this I use 100 watts to the amp as a formula. We could assume this could run contioious, it's not exact math but easy to get an idea.
