Light Fixture Choices

I'm currently planning out the lighting in my Shop. Its not huge, nor does it have tall ceilings.

Half of the shop has a loft above it, which lowered the ceiling down to the 10 foot level. I'm thinking Two rows of three 4 bulb recessed Fluorescent lights should be enough.

On the other half, the ceiling will be vaulted. I really do not want Lights hanging down, and I'm worried that mounting them in the ceiling, will provide less than desired results.

I was considering using something like these,

but I do not know how well these will light the area... any thoughts??

sq footage total? half loft or an unevan split?

figure out what lights you want or equivelents from the companies provided.

at some point the loft will create a shadow line of some sort. be prepared.
