Light for 1500sq/ft

im trying to get ideas on how many light fixtures i need for 1500 sqft. the ceilings will be 11ft 3 inch from the ground. the roof will have (4) 4x8 sky lights. i have 3 little florescent lights that hang by chain like the type you put over the work bench. i have 3 work benches for those......will (4) 4 bulb fixtures on the ceiling do the trick? 1 light over each quadrant (15x25 area)....plus the sky lights plus work bench lights.....looking for opinions before i go buy the lights

I have a 1500sq ft with 10ft I have a total of 8 3 bulb T8 fixtures evenly spaced, I have I also have 4 skylights as well, plenty of light, I still need to get some light right over my work bench.
