I have plan to move to my new shop yet this winter. It is a 42x80x16 lined with white steel that I am way excited to get into. I really haven’t planned well to decide on lighting. Is someone an expert on spacing that could help out?

I am leaning towards the ufo style led unless someone has a better idea. Also, I have a 8’x32’ loft along one of the 80ft walls. That is where I am plan for the bench and toolboxes. What would work best under the loft?

And of course, I don’t want problems with the radio going crazy when I flip them on.
Thanks for the opinions.

I really prefer a linear highbay instead of a UFO. Pretty much anything with an electronic driver/ballast is going to cause some problems with a radio

Are you going to want the whole building to have good light for working? 75+ foot candles will take quite a few lights
