PROBLEM SOLVED.
After lots of searching, I located an OEM switch.
NOS. (brand new; never used)
Was sitting on the shelf of a Garage Door company.
Someone I know works there.
I got it for FREE!
Sure makes it easy to fix something if you have the right part!
(the OEM replacement is slightly different....it has 4 pins, vs 3 on the original. I assume it is an updated model of the original)
I had to figure out how to wire the new one.....I had to supply a 120V HOT (black) wire to it, that the old one didn't have (I can't even understand how the old one could work with only neutral wires to it?)
Anyway, it's fixed.
Pics attached of the new NOS replacement.
Thanks to all that tried to help me!!!
