light question layout

my garage is 16ft 8 x 26ft long on inside deminsions im wanting to run two or three rows of 6 t8 double fixtures front to back thats 3 rows 24 ft long one at peak and half way down from peak do you think this is to much for my space heres pic

Thats 36 bulbs. Sounds like alot for that size. Hopefully others with better T8 experience will chime in.

Do you plan on finishing the inside? unfinished walls like that "eat up" quite a bit of the light, and you don't get any reflective light under or around anything.

I would agree with Charles on this but if you do put them in make to install multiple switches on these so you can have one two or three rows on at once. Maybe even every other section of fixture. JMO Good Luck with your new workspace!
