Light recommendations for 32x28x10

I am about to start on a 32x28x10 pole building shop. I plan on plywood walls and ceiling painted white. Shop will be used for motorcycle and car work. Is there a complete fixture available or is it best/most economical to buy tubes and fixtures separately?

Check out the stickies in this section. The recommendation in the Best Light Fixture sticky would work well at your ceiling height. I also used the Layout Collection sticky to determine a layout for my new garage. To be more precise, there is also free software you can use. It's also discussed at length there.
