Ok i have 4 t12 96" in my 16 by 24 foot shop i have 60watt bulbs right now i had them for 6 years. now my? can i get bigger watts bulb to make it bright like 75 watts

Check the listing on the ballast for lamps.

Some T12's are being phased out. You might consider changing over to T8 ballasts and lamps. They put out a little more light on average.
