Bought a 3' by 4' lighted sign awhile back. Bought it as a 1 sided sign as the back plastic lens is cracked. Initial plan was to replace the back lens with 1/4" plywood and call it a day. Upon further inspection, I'm thinking the lens might be able to be saved. Lens is complete and one piece but has approx. 30" of cracks total. I'm of a mind that a bead of some type of clear glue along the crack might hardly be noticeable. Anybody have any experience with this and, if so, what product did you use. Any other recomendations? :headscrat

I believe it will be very noticeable. The light translucency will be different and when the light is off, it may look OK but with the light on I'm pretty sure it will stick out like a sore thumb.

Thats what I was afraid of. The sign will hang in the shop with it's back against the wall, so I really dont need the backside fixed.

Sorry JC, I really don't do anything with lighted sign stuff, but the way I see it, It's already broke, you have nothing to lose, I would try it with a clear glue for plastic. who knows, down the road, you may find another one sided sign that you can replace it with, even though it's going up on the wall and being one sided. Give it a go!
