Lots of info on the archives and on Google. It looks like lighting is the top mod to garages, with so much info out there.
I have some questions on my application for a single car garage. Right now there is a 2 row 4’ fluorescent fixture towards the back of the garage (can’t really tell by the pics). I am sure they are not T8, so want to put some T8 for better lighting.
I was thinking of putting a 4 row 4’ T8, and another 4 row towards the front of the garage opener. I know I have to deal with the lighting issue of when the garage door is open, but that’s another problem, for later. But I don’t know if the area is too small for the 4 row T8s. Would the light spread out or would it just concentrate on that certain spot?
Or would the 4 row not work out and I would be best with just the 2 row T8? I know you can never complain of having too much light. I would be wiring them together with the light switch now connected to the current flourecent lamp.
