Hello all,
So I am building a 30' x 58' detached garage and would appreciate some lighting help. Here is the floor plan for the garage along with the truss design:

The top plate is 11'6" and the raised tie truss will give me another 2'1" or so. So most of the ceiling will be 13'7". The trusses will be 16" OC. Ceiling will be dry-walled. As you can see (2) 10' wide doors on the gable end. I plan to have a 4 post lift on the left side. Maybe a 2nd lift in the future but no immediate plans. In the middle of the garage will be open space for a ping pong table. The back of the garage will be a gym area with workout equipment. So you can think of this garage as having three sections: 30' x 20' car area, 34' x 18 middle space for ping pong and hanging out, and a 30' x 20' area in the back for a gym.
Given the size of this building I need lots of lights. I want a clean, modern look so I was thinking 1'x4' LED Flat panel light. My preference is for high quality light fixtures that will last a long time. Would be nice to find a fixture that would be dimmable but not required. I am thinking 4k temperature color. No budget but I am willing to allocate necessary funds to get quality fixtures.
So, here are my questions:
1) What fixture to buy? Would love for it to be for sale on amazon as I have lots of store credit but not required.
2) How many fixtures do I need ?
3) What is ideal layout for fixtures?
4) How many switched "banks" of fixtures should I have?
If I missed any crucial info, happy to answer. Thanks again for any advice!
