Lighting Help

I have a 28 X 32 garage with 12' ceilings. Do you think 9 of the HD T5HO 2 bulb fixtures would be enough light? I have 4 canned lights....4 on each side just for light to get up over the garage and i'm going to put 1 8' over my bench in the back. Here's a picture of what i want to light up:

Adding 9 T5HO 2 lamp fixtures will for sure light that shop up very nicely...Not paint shop lit but workshop quality light...
