Lighting needs

I have a 30' X 40' garage with 12'ceilings. The ceiling will be a finished ceiling using white metal siding. the walls will be OSB painted white. What type of light fixtures should I buy and how many will I need. in my mid 50's and getting hard to see. Need to make sure I have enough bright light. Thanks.
