Lighting plan please

OK. I am just finishing my dream garage. It is 36' x 50' with 12.5' ceiling hgt. It has Silver faced insulation on the ceiling and walls. And concrete floor. I would like to have 100 lumens per square foot. Can anyone recommend a layout and type of fixtures to use. I was thinking of using T8s. Thanks in advance.

Thanks All. I ordered 12 4' 4bulb T5HO fixtures with 5000k bulbs. Coming in at around 97 foot-candles per SF.

I believe 5000K is fairly white, nice and bright-looking, not like the sickly pinkish-yellow hue seen in lighting of retail stores. monkey
