Lighting problems

I have a 30'x30' pole barn with fluorescent lighting. The lights have electronic ballasts for better start up in the winter months. The problem I have is, these lights put out a lot of noise that effects any audio components I use (ie. Radio or TV). Can anyone help me with this problem.

Usually the "homeowner" grade (like you can buy at Home Cheapo) ballasts don't have the RFI suppression that the commercial grade ballast do.

Before you pitch them however, make sure that they are well grounded.
