Lighting solution for a 10' x 20' garage?

I have three of these: http://www.beghellinorthamerica.com/luce/illumina/BS105.html that I took down from my old house and was planning to install them in the garage.

My plan is to hook one fixture up to the wireless light module of my garage door opener (Liftmaster 3800). I took the wireless light apart and scavenged the wireless receiver so I can effectively hook up any light I wanted. The other two fixtures will be hooked up to the garage light switch. One option I have is to mount all three fixtures so that they are lined up end to end, running lengthwise down the garage, I reckon because it's only 10' wide, this should give me adequate lighting.

Should I go this route?

As a contractor I have never had a problems with finding lights. I have had a problem getting rid of them.

I only do comercial work. There is no money in homes.

I have remodeld several drug stores. They pulled out all the light fixtures. In the oldend days they hung down form the celing and were not recesed. I still have a 100 of them up in the barn. When I lite up my garages or shops it is so bright that it looks like runway lights on a landing strip.

If you look for a salvage yard they should have good comercial lighting of all kinds. You will get it for 10 cents on the dollar. You will have good balast and fittings. You can find any style you want. Now if you don't live near a large city then you might have a problem. I know some small towns have second hand stores. Ask around your area. Every town across the country has farmers, mechanics and other men get together for coffee about 9 or 10 am. Find one of the coffe clutches and ask them if they know anyone who has lights.
You might find good ones on Craigslist.

I sold most of mine to architectural salvage places. If you were close I would give you some 8 ft lights. I sold all my old art deco fixtures years ago. Now they bring big money and I don't have any forsale. You never know.

When you have a lot of lighting it makes life easy when you are working. I have 8 Eight foot double lights in my garage along with 4 four footers. I can see the ant in the corner standing still.
