Lighting Suggestions

I have read through the sticky's and some other threads and I'm still not 100% sure what the best route for my lighting is going to be. I was pretty much decided on hyperlight high bays, but the layout the suggested may conflict with my overhead door layout. SO now I am thinking about strips or some other kind of lighting. Ideally I would like to wire receptacles on the ceiling and have the lights plugged in to them. I would like to have the lights set on 2 switches so that I can isolate half of them at a time if I don't need all of the light.

My garage is a 30x50 with 12' ceilings. I have a 10x10 overhead door, a 16x10 overhead door, and a 36" man door on the one eve side (50') of the garage. Attached is a sketch plan showing the door layout.

The light design that hyperlight sent me had lights spaced in 7.5' from each 50' wall, and then spaced 5' from the end wall and then 10' between. This puts a few of the lights overtop the overhead door openings, I'm not sure if I would have clearance issues or not. Attached is a drawing showing that light layout.

I have now started considering strip lights again, but I really am not sure what my best options are.

For general info, the building will be used for a general garage, with light mechanic work, woodworking type work, and for softball and baseball activities for my kids.

Any help anyone can provide to get me pointed in the right direction is greatly appreciated.
