lighting trim question

I have an application where im trying to mount lights to a solid overhead surface where the box cant be recessed. I can hide the wires with about 3/4 of an inch depth, but the box will be mostly exposed. Mounted to this will be ceiling fans.

My question is are there trim pieces readily available that i can use that would come off the ceiling and hide the box/look decent?

And if so what would they be called? Im hoping to find something i can just bolt up to the ceiling that is circular and not have to make something custom
