Lighting up my shop

I have my 30x48x12 Metal building up and I am going to start wiring it this weekend. I want to install lights as I am wiring the building. I am asking for your suggestions on lights. Of course I want the biggest bang for the buck. I want to brighten it up pretty good. I hate a dim shop. What type of light that will be energy efficient so I can run them without breaking the bank? Where is the best place to buy them?
