Lighting?

I am going to do some improvements on what is now a typical two car garage, not over sized, just sort of average. What kind of lighting will make it a nice workplace with the garage door closed?

I have a single two car garage door with the standard center mounted door opener.

I just got a T5 light (4 bulb) from www.fullspectrumsolutions.com - very nice! It was pricey @ $209 shipped with bulbs and a chord, but I'm not regretting it. The quality of the light is much better than the usual flourescent stuff (like a T12 or something) and it's bright as hell.

I'd say a good compromise if you don't want to spend that much is a T8 setup. They have those at the big box stores and will save you some $.
