I found a place that has about 300 hundred of these lights about 2 years old for $20 each....what do you think? Metalux 3-Lamp 2' x 4' Static Lensed Troffer Electronic Ballast, T8

Check the voltage,chances are they are 347V...

Depends on where he lives - 347V is used in Canada but in the US 277V is common for commercial lights. At any rate, look at the ballasts in the lights to see what they are rated for. It is a good price.

110 volt lamps?? Ain't no such thing....

120 or 240V if they were indeed T8 electronic ballast I would take 10 or 20 @ $20
