Lincoln Back Glare Shield

Any of you guys have one? If so, which helmet do you have it on? Any modifications to attach it to your helmet?

Don't have one but I'll be getting one for sure. Thanks for posting! Back glare is a huge problem for me and I've even been desperate enough to duct tape a towel to back of my helmet when bench welding.
