I needed a cart for the Lincoln 210MP and didn't want to give up any more floor space so I came up with this.

I added a frame and shelf to my Idealarc SP250, making sure to get the clearances right so that I had good access to the door on the SP250 for loading wire and adjustments.

The Idealarc SP250 is loaded with .035 solid wire and the 210MP has .023.

Hooks were added to control all the cables for both machines.

Here is a full video on making it, well almost full I lost a few clips between filming and editing.

To make life easier I picked up a "Y" to connect both welders to the same C25 tank.

Good idea to save floor space, might steal that idea and add enough space for the plasma cutter too!

Also like your Honda powered Ariens in the background.

I have 1 more cart to build for the Tig and plasma cutter.

Thanks I was so tired of messing with the Tecumseh engine on it I put the Honda on it in 97 or 98 been going strong ever since the power unit is a 69 and the blower unit is a 68, they just do not build them that well anymore.

Nice setup. Ill be making a setup for my powermig 210mp here soon. Love that machine. Just hoping to see if an issue I am having with it is user error or machine related.
Guessing the tank on the back is plummed to a T fitting which then goes to both welders?

Yes there is a "Y" fitting that allows the use of both machines off the same tank, with no switching of hoses

Why tilt the top unit down in the front?

Since it is set up so high I decided that I would prefer the mig connection to be angled down a bit, don't know if it will really make a difference or not in longevity but I'm hoping it will.

Thumper, good video; I enjoyed it, and like the simplicity of your build. Only thing I might have done a bit different is to add a diagonal brace on the long vertical tubing, to shorten the moment, and flex, on the bottom weld.

Good job.
