Hi, I have a Lincoln 1.5 ton floor jack that’s giving me problems. When you jack it up under a vehicle, I can see the vehicle lifting every pump of the handle, but instead of the vehicle lifting all the way on each pump, it lowers back about 1/2 of the pump. It’s like the oil is lifting but something is not holding all the oil and slowing some to bypass. Any idea where to start looking at it?
