I guess what im trying to ask is will Hein Werner jack parts(from a HW93642) fit in a Lincoln 93642 jack? As I understand it, Hein Werner purchased lincoln and is now making the Lincoln jack, just with a Hein Werner name on it now. Can anyone Verify this? I hate to throw away this old lincoln, but it needs a new hyd unit as someone before has tried to do a amature rebuild on it and really screwed it up. Thanks

yes and no, some OLD lincolns that had a square block will not interchange. If yours has the new rounder style hydraulic unit, a new unit will drop right in.

Snap a few pics, or PM for a cell # and i'll tell you if it will work or not.

BTW, where are you located?

Where are you?

Google the 93642 Floor Jack,

I remember seeing new units selling for under $300 shipped. If so, Order one and use your old handle if it is the older 1 piece design, then strip the old chassis of all the good parts, wheels, universal joint etc.

Can I ask what happened to the old unit??? I rebuild them at work as well as many others. Very little on these cannot be fixed. Google Voris Hyd in Springfield Mo. Fair prices and lots of used parts. I know we have whole used units for sale.

Well im needing a new u joint and the part of the u joing that screws into the valve and can not locate these parts. I figured it would be easier to just go anf replace the hyd unit, but not now. So Im cleaning it up and going to try and rebuild it now. Previous owner put a kit in it but the jack never worked when he got done. Any ideas? The seals look ok, so Im going to clean it real good and try it again.

Also, anyone have a large pic of the hyd unit diagram. I think I may be missing parts now.

Well I found a diagram and put it all back together, but its still bypassing oil. I can take the breather out of the tank and can see a stream of oil squirting. So the pump is working, and im thinking I have a valve problem. So where should I look next? I soaked it in cleaner and flushed everything out when it was apart. Thanks

Dont Buy a new unit just because that one is not working, I have tons of NOS parts as i have been in this business for 20+ years. Did you get into the valves?
