What are some of the short falls or negatives of a welder like this? My use would be light hobby stuff.

And other then 230v outlet, a helmet, gloves, jacket, and gas, what would I need?

That is about all I have my machine is dual 110/220.. gloves lab coats and a helmet is what I use and welpers... pliers. Spare tips help and wire.... I bought a table to use to weld... I am not good but took two semesters at a college. I can weld when needed.
