Looking to purchase a used Tig welder. Presently I have my eye on a Lincoln Percision Tig 185. Unit comes complete including tank and regulator.
Does anyone have Pros and Cons of said Tig welder?

All the Lincoln product I have ever owned or used have been great, I would buy one in a heartbeat.

Lincoln or Miller, you can't go wrong. I have a Miller 185, it's perfect for everything I've had to do.

its a good welder, I only used it for mild steel but it worked very well
the torch is air cooled so it gets hot as hell pretty quickly. the micro start feature works very well
honestly if your working in anything aluminum save up and get the precision tig 225

Thanks for the replys. Don't really have a need for one, but just want one.
I'll think about the 225 as for you never know when you need to do anything larger than 1/8".
Do you think that $1400 is too much for the 185?

Thanks again
