Had a ProCut 55 for 18 months. What a piece of junk. Replaced it 5 years ago with a Hypertherm 1000. Consumables last 3-4x longer, costs about what replacment of your boards will be. Have had zero problems. It runs four hours per day five days a week, every week. Fine cut tips give comperable cut quality to the Lincoln.
