Linoleum floor repair

My commercial property has linoleum (12x12) glue on tiles. There's several places where the tires are coming apart as the floor has been patched to make it level. The previous installer used some sort of soft white filler to "level' the floor. Any ideas on how to patch and level small 4-6 tile areas with out retiling the whole floor?

I used to use Fix All.

I think that's what my contractor used last time. It held up for about 2-3 years in my laundromat. Any idea if leveler can be used in small areas, like 2-4 tiles?
